It can be hard to break from traditions, especially those involving family gatherings where there’s laughter & love. It can be difficult being viewed
as an outcast for not conforming to society’s norms. It may be painful, even physically draining, because the flesh always wants what it wants. But, I can assure you, the pain of remorse for disobeying the Most High,
is a heartbreak you do not want. Acts 5:29 says, we ought to obey God rather than men. So, why do we keep the traditions of man instead?
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and
in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. John 4:23 KJV
In Matthew 15:8-9 it is written , “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.“
So, who is that you worship? Are you following Christ and the truth
are you following religion and the traditions of men?
It’s high time you make a decision.
Christ says: If ye love me keep my commandments. – John 14:15
May the truth set you free!
