Ditching Traditions for Truth

Tagged: ,

It can be hard to break from traditions, especially those involving family gatherings where there’s laughter & love. It can be difficult being viewed as an outcast for not conforming to society’s norms. It may be painful, even physically draining, because the flesh always wants what it wants. But, I can assure you, the pain of remorse for disobeying the Most High, is a heartbreak you do not want. Acts 5:29 says, we ought to obey God rather than men. So, why do we keep the traditions of man instead?

IoP - Ditch Tradition Quote

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. John 4:23 KJV

Scripture says, “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” Matt 15:8-9

So, who are you worshipping? Are you following Christ and the truth
are you following religion and the traditions of men?

It’s high time you make a decision.

Christ says:  If ye love me keep my commandments. John 14:15

*Holy Days to observe according to scripture. – Leviticus 23:1-44 *

May the truth set you free!
